Secondary Program Redesign set for 2009 implementationThe redesign of the academic program for grades 6-12 is moving into its final planning stage. Core Teams representing each middle school and both high schools are working with the faculty of each building to re-create classes, schedules and expectations for all students.The Program Redesign for '09 was approved by the School Board in November 2007. The Redesign is detailed in the publication Each Learner Prepared for Success, available online. The Frequently Asked Questions section of this webpage has been updated to include more recent information. District 112 will change secondary schedule in September 2009 District 112 will move to a 7-period modified block schedule for grades 6-12 next fall as part of the redesign of the secondary program.
