Board receives report on attributes most desired in next superintendent

At its work session January 28, the District 112 School Board reviewed the report identifying the most important attributes desired in the new superintendent. The report, generated by the search firm School Exec Connect, reflects the priorities of 227 staff, students and community members who participated in focus groups, community meetings, interviews and online feedback.

The attributes serve as the lens through which the search firm will screen possible candidates for District 112's next superintendent.

Candidates are screened through the month of February. Semi-finalists will be brought to the Board for initial interviews on March 4 and 5. The Board's schedule calls for finalists to be interviewed the week of March 15.
